Water Bath Heater
Product Introduction.
A water bath heater is a specialized heater designed to meet the needs of oil and gas fields for primary heating of a range of products.
The most common application for a water bath heater is to raise the temperature of gas transmitted by pipeline after a pressure reduction station, but this is not the only application for such a heater. They can also be found in applications including product separation, dehydration and other initial processing steps.
Product Features.
The construction of a water bath heater is simple and compact with a small footprint. These heaters can be delivered, or relocated as production needs change, as a complete heater thereby allowing installation and production to start with minimum delay.
They are equipped with a simple and automatic combustion control system including automatic ignition, shutdown, fuel isolation, and water temperature control.
Water Bath Heaters are a safe and reliable method of heating products in oil and gas field locations because the product heating medium is hot water. The water is a closed loop system and is treated to prevent scaling or corrosion. Using water as the heating medium removes the risk coking caused by direct heating of the products.
For remote locations BSS can supply water bath heaters that operate without electricity. All controls are operated by the high pressure gas and mechanical means.
