Product Introduction.

A Waste Heat Recovery System is a heater that most commonly utilizes the high temperature flue gas of another product to generate a useful secondary product instead of simply allowing the heated gases to dissipate in the atmosphere.


Product Features.

It is almost always the situation that a Waste Heat Recovery System will be specifically designed for a particular application. Configurations of these Systems are usually vertical, but horizontal is also possible.

The most common applications for Waste Heat Recovery Systems are in the exhaust of large boilers or gas turbines driving generators or compressors, but they can be applied to almost any steady source of heat. A Waste Heat Recovery System can be used to generate steam, to preheat feedwater, to heat a variety of thermal fluids or simply to provide product heating for industrial applications

Features of Waste Heat Recovery Systems can include steam and water drums, economizer sections, evaporator tubing, superheater banks, thermal fluid coils plus all inlet and outlet ducting.
